Everything you upload, transcribe, or chat about is locked to your account. No other user can see, search, or access your files, conversations, or memories — ever.
Web scrapers, file parsers, and transcription tools all run on the server side. Your browser never touches raw tool output directly — it only receives the final processed result.
You can delete individual conversations, clear your uploaded files, or close your account entirely. When you delete something, it's removed from the database immediately — no retention.
A rolling-window rate limit prevents any single account from overloading the system. This keeps the platform fast and available for everyone.
All content retrieved from the web or your files is wrapped in safe context tags before reaching the AI. Malicious instructions hidden in web pages or documents cannot hijack your session.
Nemetron blocks requests to loopback addresses, private IP ranges, and cloud metadata endpoints. Scrapers cannot be pointed at internal infrastructure — only public URLs are allowed.
Passwords & credentials
Do not upload files containing raw API keys, database passwords, or login credentials of any kind.
Financial records
Avoid uploading sensitive financial documents, tax records, or confidential corporate financial data.
Personal identity documents
Do not upload passports, national IDs, or documents containing government-issued identification numbers.
Nemetron applies strict workspace isolation and input sanitization. However, no system is perfectly immune. Use good judgment about what you share with any AI platform.
