Last Updated: July 2026. This document governs the usage of the Nemetron portal and sandboxed agent environments.

Portfolio Limitation Notice

This system is provided as a software demonstration. No formal guarantees regarding runtime availability, SLA, or data longevity are established. Review these parameters before deployment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Nemetron agent environment, you agree to these operational rules. If you do not agree, you must terminate your session and close the application.

2. Permitted Use

This application is designed for developer sandboxing and evaluation. Permitted use includes submitting normal prompts, uploading compatible text files, and testing video transcription tools. Usage limits may vary based on account type, system capacity, security controls, and service availability.

3. Prohibited Abuse

You agree not to engage in the following actions:

Attempting to bypass database filters or access records belonging to another user.
Uploading malware, corrupted archives, or file formats outside the scope of text and PDF.
Automating API queries directly to client bundles, bypassing rate-limiting middleware gates.
Submitting material that violates global copyright laws.

4. Service and API Availability

The service may depend on third-party infrastructure, AI services, search services, storage providers, email services, and other external integrations. Availability may be affected by maintenance, provider limits, network conditions, or changes made by those third parties.

5. AI Output Limitations

All generated answers, code snippets, summaries, and transcripts are provided "as-is". The agent may produce incorrect assertions or syntax errors. Nemetron is not a certified authority for financial, medical, legal, or other high-risk decisions.

6. Content Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for the items you upload and submit. You represent that you possess the necessary distribution rights before transcribing YouTube videos or indexing PDF manuals.

7. Suspensions & Deletions

Administrators reserve the right to suspend user profiles that exceed quota parameters or violate use terms. Users may delete their data at any time via settings.

Nemetron enforces a progressive Strike System. Engaging in high-severity actions will trigger automatic warnings. A second strike restricts tool access for 1 hour. A third strike results in an escalating cooldown block (starting at 24 hours, then 72 hours, then 7 days). Permanent blocks require manual administrative resolution.

Activities That Trigger Immediate Strikes or Blocks:

IDOR / BOLA Attacks: Repeated attempts to access, modify, or delete another user’s conversation, file, transcript, memory, or database record using fabricated resource IDs.
SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery): Attempts to force the URL scraper or transcription tools to target localhost, private IP ranges, cloud metadata endpoints, or restricted network segments.
Authentication Abuse: Repeated password-reset, OTP, email-verification, credential stuffing, or login brute-force attempts.
Malicious Uploads: Submitting executable files, malware, extension-spoofed documents, zip-bombs, or scripts designed to abuse the RAG parser.
SQL/Command Injection: Exploitation payloads attempting SQL injection, command injection, path traversal, or cross-site scripting (XSS).

If your account is blocked due to these activities, you will lose access to all features except the sign-out and support pages. For appeals, you must contact nemetronsupport@gmail.com.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS-IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.
